A native of Katy, Samantha began her career in restaurant management, which she credits with her innate ability to assess a situation and make sound decisions. After moving to New York City, she worked for 15 years in investment banking, liaising with executive-level directors and design and architectural teams on the physical build-outs and expansions to new cities. There she learned key financial, analytical, and valuation skills that she uses daily to accurately forecast and assess real estate investment risks. She returned to Texas to spend more time with her family, and she earned her real estate license in 2011. In her first year, she received the Rookie of the Year award and went on to close in excess of $100 million and receive multiple accolades for national sales excellence. Samantha is a Certified Negotiations Expert Member, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®.
Actively involved in local charitable causes, including Sunshine Kids and Neighborhood Centers, Samantha is most proud of serving on the board of Dimensions of Care, which assists those whose loved ones are afflicted with dementia. Having a mother diagnosed with early-onset dementia, Samantha understands the importance of providing caregivers with support and access to resources. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, dabbling in photography, buying and playing with the latest gadgets, and spending time with her daughter.
